Founder and CEO of Energy One Solutions International, is an international expert with over 54 years of experience in the utility industry. He spent 35 years as CTO and CEO, working on every part of the value chain, from generation to DERs management. The primary author of seven patents in advanced demand response, his current focus is on accelerating the decarbonization of power grids. He believes the next step is to evolve regulatory frameworks, energy markets, and business models, leveraging existing technologies and policies to benefit all parties involved.

Hillman Mitchel is the CTO and Principal Co-Founder at Energy One Solutions International. He is a dynamic executive leader with over 25 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. He possesses a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise, with a specialization in information security consulting. A results-driven project management professional, he is adept at architecting and implementing advanced technology solutions. He is recognized for leading collaborative teams in domestic and international environments to complete complex projects and programs.
Salima Hebbache Steven
Chief Marketing Officer
Salima Hebbache Steven is the principal co-founder of Energy One Solutions International. She holds a diploma in agronomy and crop science. As a trilingual climate advocate, event producer, marketer, and communicator, she brings twenty years of experience. Salima has designed and produced over 50 global events focused on energy, environment, water, smart cities, and climate, ranging from small to large in North Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Additionally, she has more than seven years of experience managing communications for a non-profit association of the Very Large Power Grid Operators (GO15).
Tracey Thompson MBA, PMP
Project Management Leader
Tracey Thompson is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in program management, client engagement, and strategic leadership. She began her career at IBM, where she earned multiple awards and completed the Leadership Development Program while pursuing her MBA at Georgia State University. As CEO of Creative PMO, LLC, Tracey has led enterprise-level initiatives for global organizations including IBM and Pandora Jewelry. A certified PMP, Agile Scrum practitioner, and Cornell-trained Diversity & Inclusion professional, she also founded Code for Change to introduce youth to STEM careers and inspire future innovators.
Shrey Mehta
Project Engineer
Shrey Mehta is an accomplished engineer with expertise in renewable energy systems, climate policy, and power system optimization. Shrey has gained international experience at the International Energy Agency in Paris, the Wharton School’s Climate Decisions Lab, and the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, contributing to projects ranging from large-scale energy forecasting to global electricity market analysis. His publications include the IEA’s Electricity Mid-Year Update Report, featured in Bloomberg and Reuters. In addition to his technical and research contributions, Shrey has held leadership roles in sustainability and impact investing initiatives, bringing a strong balance of analytical, policy, and project management skills to the team.
